Refunds

Thirty days. No argument, no form, no explanation required.

Last updated August 31, 2026

If a course is not what you expected, email us within thirty days of purchase and it is refunded in full. You do not have to justify it, you do not have to prove you finished it, and you will not be asked a series of questions designed to talk you out of it.

What is covered

  • Any self-paced course — 30 days from purchase, full refund.
  • The Whole Asylum bundle — same terms, refunded in full. Bundles are not treated worse than single courses.
  • Live clinic seats — refundable in full up to seven days before the first session of your cohort. Inside seven days the seat can be transferred to a later cohort instead, because a capped cohort means an empty seat is a seat someone else could not have.
  • Any clinic seat we cannot place — if no cohort schedule works for you, the seat rolls forward or refunds in full, at your choice, with no time limit.

How to ask

Use the contact form or email [email protected] from the address you bought with, and say “refund”. That is the whole process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within one business day; your bank then takes five to ten days to show it, which is a bank thing and not a us thing.

After a refund

Access to the refunded course ends. Anything you downloaded while enrolled is yours to keep and use at work — we are not going to pretend a worksheet can be un-printed.

If your employer paid

The refund goes back to whoever paid, on the original method or against the original invoice. Tell us if the person requesting differs from the person billed, so it lands in the right place.

Why it is this simple

This site sells work about being treated badly by an organization. It would be an odd thing to then treat readers the way the book complains about. A refund policy with conditions attached is one of the small dishonesties that erodes trust everywhere else, so there are none.
